Lifetime Member This is a Lifetime membership This membership is for individuals only Lifetime memberships are full voting members for the lifetime of the member. Lifetime memberships are subject to application and approval by COPA. Members must contact the COPA Office for details on how to apply for this membership. Applicants for this membership type must have been a member in good standing for a minimum of 3 years and can demonstrate an exceptional history of active participation and extraordinary service to the Association. Membership Refund Policy
COPA memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued except in extenuating circumstances. Members can opt for a monthly membership option for a minimal 30-day commitment. If you wish to convert from an annual to a monthly membership or if you have questions about your membership renewal please contact the COPA office at copa@copanational.org or call (613) 236-4901 ex.100 for assistance.
