Admin membership for employees and non-paying partners. Membership provides online access to membership resources and/or communications but holds no member benefits or voting privileges.

Membership Refund Policy

COPA memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued except in extenuating circumstances. Members can opt for a monthly membership option for a minimal 30-day commitment. If you wish to convert from an annual to a monthly membership or if you have questions about your membership renewal please contact the COPA office at copa@copanational.org or call (613) 236-4901 ex.100 for assistance. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding of this policy.
