QST Registrant - Family Membership This is a 12-month membership This membership includes 10 member slot(s) This membership is only for individuals or organizations registered for the QST in Quebec. If you do not have a Registration number with Revenue Quebec you need to use the Regular Membership option. All Family members enjoy the full benefits of being a Regular member except that only the Primary member, or delegate, may vote and only one set of publications will be sent to a household. Membership Refund Policy
COPA will not accept any form of payment other than credit card. COPA memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued except in extenuating circumstances. Members can opt for a monthly membership option for a minimal 30-day commitment. If you wish to convert from an annual to a monthly membership or if you have questions about your membership renewal please contact the COPA office at copa@copanational.org or call (613) 236-4901 ex.100 for assistance. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding of this policy.
