Join Us for COPA's 72nd Annual General Meeting

The 72nd annual general meeting (AGM) for COPA will be held on June 09, 2024 between 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. ET at the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum (9280 Airport Rd, Mount Hope, Ont.). Doors open at 9:30 a.m.

Additionally, tours of the museum will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Please register for these tours when signing up for the AGM.

For those who cannot attend in-person, the AGM will be live-streamed on our social media channels.

Flying-in to the AGM?

The Hamilton Airport has agreed to reduce the landing fees by 50% of the regular rate and COPA has arranged a very limited number of parking spots at Onward Aviation​ FBO for COPA members. To take advantage of this you will need to register your aircraft registration with COPA in advance of the AGM. You must register your aircraft by Thursday June 6, 2024, and parking spots will be available on a first-come first-serve basis. Please send an email to: copa@copanational.org with your name, aircraft type, aircraft registration, and COPA member number, and planned ETA.

Beyond the limited reserved parking, there may be additional parking at Onward Aviation, or the other FBO at the airport (Hamilton Jetport​). They will not be part of the COPA secured spots and you will be charged for the parking/handling fees ($65.00 at Onward Aviation). Pilots that have not secured one of the COPA organized parking spots at Onward Aviation are strongly encouraged to call the intended FBO directly to let them know you are arriving.

Please note that there is no 100LL aviation fuel available at CYHM.
